The Eiffel-Matisse Language Binding is the result of joint development of Effel Software Inc. and Matisse Software Inc. The Eiffel-Matisse Interface enables new or existing Eiffel applications to use the adaptive object model of the Matisse database.
The use of native Eiffel language to manipulate persistent data provides a fast and easy way to build and deploy Eiffel database applications.
The Eiffel-Matisse Language Binding implements a persistence by reachability mechanism. An Eiffel object referenced by a persistent object will automatically become persistent. With the Eiffel-Matisse Interface you can mix object technology and SQL.
